He proposed many studies like METHOD STUDY which means understanding the method of production and the other is MOTION STUDY which means how much a worker has to move to complete a task.
Now moving on HENRY FORD who is the inventor of assembly line showed that these principles and studies are practical and beneficial. HENRY FORD used the principle of Taylor to decrease the build time of a car by 83% !! that is it use to 12 hours to build a car but Ford decrease it to just 92 minutes.
