To be a leader we must have the qualities of a leader which is a STAR point for a leader such as:
- RESPONSIBILITY
- LOYALTY
- EFFECTIVE DECISION MAKING QUALITIES
- PUNCTUALITY
- GOOD COMMUNICATION SKILLS
All these qualities reflects the leaders personality.
LEADER THAT I ADMIRE: The leader that i admire is MY DAD, as he is my hero who always admire me. He has all the qualities that a leader mush have to be a leader. As we all know that the men is the head of the house, as in my home he is the one who hold all the responsibilities on his shoulders and moreover he encourage me and my brother to be a responsible child. I like his one think more as he has very good decision making quality which i want to acquire because without the effective decision making quality we can’t take the best decision for our life.
As a leader have a good communication skills which my dad have as he is very polite person which describe that he always communicate in a claim and easy way with others. A leader is the one who is always punctual and honesty with the team members so according to my dad his family is a team and he is always loyal with us and give his best for us so that we can’t complaint and fight with him. i choose the featured picture as my dad’s picture because he is my leader whom i admire a lot.
